My doctor suggested me to eat a moderately healthy diet and allow myself an occasional binge during IVF. However, being desperate to conceive, I went on this crazy IVF diet – only consuming gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, no sugar diet but now I’m at the breaking point and am wondering if this was all a good idea. I’m thinking about wine and sometimes craving sugar. Should I respect my body and feed what it is asking for? How much restraint is too much?
